With our newly expanded fitness room you should have no problem finding an eliptic machine, a treadmill, a stairstep, row machine or a stationary bike. All cardio machines are in front of 6 TV's that you can tune into any station to watch while you work out. We have expanded our free weight area and nautalis systems to minimize idle time in your work-out and maximize the time you have to exercise.

The YMCA offers a number of classes for special interest programs. These classes are dynamic, high intensity body conditioning program designed to strengthen and tone specific muscle groups and enhance cardiovascular fitness through low impact aerobics. The choreographed routines are taught by YMCA trained instructors and emphasize proper body alignment and safe movement techniques. These programs combine all of the components of fitness to promote overall health and well being. Experience Yoga, a combination of strength, balance and agility or pilates, similar to Yoga but with an emphasis on agility and a focus on a deeper stretch of the muscle.

All classes are $35 for Lakota YMCA Members and $55 for Non-Members.
