The Lakota YMCA has two fitness room to accomodate a number of activitieswe offered to our members and non-members alike. Yoga and Pilates are both great for our adult members while the children's karate classes are always full. Our weight room is newly expanded to accomodate more cardio equipment, free-weights and nataulis style machines.
Please stop by our front desk for a tour of the new fitness rooms, weight and cardio area.
Hours of availability are as follows
- Monday thru Thursday 9AM - Noon & 5PM - 9PM
- Friday and Saturday 9AM - Noon
- Closed on Sunday
