Iron Kids

Iron Kids (ages 8-12)

This program is designed to start teaching children the importance and proper structure of an exercise or training program. The classes will focus on areas such as the warm-up, flexibility, mobility, running mechanics, agility, full body strength and core work.

The class is taught by Program/Wellness Director, Andrew Maynard.

Session 1: June 13—June 29

Session 2: July 11—July 27

Days: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 11:00am—12:00pm

Member Fee: $60 per session

Non-member Fee: $90 per session
